Everything you need to know about booking your fashion and apparel photography and video shoot.
1. How long until we receive our Final photos and video?
We generally supply proofs or rushes within 3 days of the completion of your shoot. We always endeavour to get them to you sooner if possible. Once you have made your selections we supply your final images or video within 3 days. For short form content or highlight videos this is dependant on approvals.
2. How will we Receive Images and Video?
Once post production is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will contain a link to download your files. We can also supply directly to your secured server if preferred. Generally photos are supplied as Jpgs. 1 copy optimised for online use, and 1 copy optimised for print use. Specific file requirements can be supplied on request. Videos will be supplied as MP4 files.
3. Can we ad video services to our Project?
Yes! You can add video content to your photography and save. When you add video services to your project you save 20% OFF the lesser fee.
4.What Equipment do you use ?
We supply all camera and lighting equipment and accessories required. All equipment is of professional standard. Cameras, lenses, sound, lighting and accessories are all fit for purpose. Specialised equipment can also be supplied in addition if required to meet you specific brief.
5. Can We Receive all RAW files unedited?
No! We do not supply RAW files at all. RAW files are kept as digital negatives and cant be used for normal applications. We use our experience and skills to edit your selected images for you. We also colour grade and retouch your photos to meet our high quality standards. Our post production saves you time and money.
6. How can I request a quote?
Just click the “REACH OUT NOW” button, or email us the brief for your project and we will send you back a formal quote. If you prefer, you can give us a call on 0403 904 104 and have a chat about your next project.
7. Can you recommend studio space?
Yes! We can recommend and book studio space to suit your project requirements or location needs. We have relationships with several studio hire spaces in Sydney and around the country. We are also happy to use your preferred studio or space.
8. Can you recommend creative teams?
Yes! We can recommend creative workers like Assistants, Stylists, Hair and Make Up Artists or Set Builders if required. Ask us about this during your initial brief and we can advise if our connections may suit your needs.
9. What if we need to Cancel?
Bookings can be cancelled at no charge, up to 24hrs before the shoot time. If a cancelation is made without 24Hrs notice, 50% of the quoted fee is due, to cover wages and lost booking time. We understand postponements can happen from time to time. We always try to work with you to re book if possible.
10. Are there any up front costs?
Generally there are no up front costs with your booking. If there are additional services to be supplied by us, prior to the shoot there may be additional upfront costs required to cover these services. Your invoice will be sent out directly after your job is delivered. Our terms are strictly 7 days from your invoice date.
