how it works
Choose a package that fits your current project requirements. You can customise packages to suit your projects, specific media requirements.
All packages include 1x photographer including all professional equipment. Photographers will arrive 15mins before start time. Photographers will capture all key moments from your event including speakers, panels, awards, audience, groups, socials, venue, catering and branding.
After your event we will edit all of your event images, leaving only your best photos. All photos are colour graded, minor retouched and delivered digitally within 3 business days.

Everything you need to know about booking your Event & PR photography and video.
1. How long until we receive our Final photos?
Our standard Event & PR turn around times, are up to 3 business days. We always endeavour to get final photos to you sooner, if possible. Ask us about getting a handful of key images, directly after your event, to post on socials fast! Are all of your final images SUPER URGENT? Ask us about priority 24Hr turn around.
2. How will we Receive photos and Video?
Once post production is complete we will send you an confirmation email. this email will contain a link to download your files.. Photos are supplied as Jpgs. 1 copy optimised for online use, and 1 copy optimised for print use. Videos will be supplied as MP4 files.
3. Can we ad video services to our event?
Yes! You can add video content to your event photography and save. When you add video services to your event coverage you save 20% on the lesser fee.
4.What Equipment do you use ?
We supply all equipment required. All equipment is of professional standard. Cameras, lenses, sound, lighting and accessories are all fit for purpose and backup equipment is carried onsite, in case of equipment failure. Specialised equipment can also be supplied to meet you specific brief.
5. Can We Receive all RAW files unedited?
No! We do not supply RAW files at all. RAW files are kept as digital negatives and cant be used for normal applications. We use our experience and skills to edit the best photos for you. We also colour grade and retouch your photos to meat our high quality standards. Our post production saves you time and money.
6. How can I request a quote?
Just click the “REACH OUT NOW” button, give us the details of you upcoming event and we will send you back a formal quote. If you prefer, you can give us a call on 0403 904 104 and have a chat about your project.
7. Can We Customise a package?
Yes! You can select one of our packages and add or remove some services. We can also tailor a quote for your specific event or conference schedule. Just let us know about your requirements when booking and we will include them in your quote.
8. Can I reserve my event dates?
Yes! Just click the “REACH OUT NOW” button, or give us a call on 0403904104. Give us the details of your upcoming event, and we will reserve the date for your event in our calendar. Once you accept our quote, we will lock it in, confirming your shoot date.
9. What if we need to Cancel?
Bookings can be cancelled at no charge, up to 24hrs before the start time of your event. If a cancelation is made without 24Hrs notice, 50% of the quoted fee is due, to cover wages and lost booking time.
10. Are there any up front costs?
No! Generally there are no up front costs with your booking. Your invoice will be sent out directly after your job is delivered. Our terms are strictly 5 business days from your invoice date.
