how it works
Choose a package that fits your current project requirements. You can customise packages to suit your projects, specific media requirements. We can also supply a custom quote to meet all your individual needs.
All packages include 1x professional photographer and all professional equipment. Photographers will arrive at least 30mins before shoot time, to set up cameras and lighting. Our photographers then work closely with each sitter, on presentation, expressions, posing and techniques to achieve the best images, to represent your team on the day. Staff can review their photos on screen and select some favourites on the spot.
After your shoot, we will pack up all equipment and return your space to its original condition. We will then work our magic in post production and deliver your proofs or finals photos, within 3 Business days.

Everything you need to know about booking your Headshot or Portrait photography and video session.
1. When will we receive our Final photos?
If you choose the headshot package you will receive your selection final, within 3 business days. If you choose a portrait package you will receive your proofs within 3 business days, and your finals 3 business days after your selections are received.
2. How will we Receive photos & Video?
Once post production is complete, we will send you an confirmation email. This email will contain a link to download your finished files. Photos are supplied as Jpgs. One copy is optimised for online use, and one copy is optimised for print use. Videos will be supplied as MP4 files. You can receive other formats buy request.
3. How should i prepare for my photo session.
To get a great shot on the day, be prepared. Make sure your hair is cut and styled, and beards are trimmed. Iron your clothes and bring them separately if possible. Simple block colours and minimal jewellery is preferred. Check out our “tips and tricks” document for full details.
4.What Equipment do you use ?
We supply all equipment required. All equipment is of professional standard. Cameras, lenses, sound, lighting and accessories are all fit for purpose. Backup equipment is also carried onsite, in case of equipment failure. Specialised equipment can also be supplied to meet you specific brief.
5. Do you retouch my photo
Yes. All final photos receive our standard retouching. This includes shine removal, moderate skin smoothing, hair fly aways, minor clothing corrections and skin tone and colour grading. Extra additional retouching can be performed on request.
6. How can I request a quote?
Just click the “REACH OUT NOW” button, give us the details of you upcoming project. We will send you back an estimate or a formal quote. If you prefer, you can give us a call on 0403 904 104 and have a chat about your project.
7. Can We Customise a package?
Yes! You can select one of our packages and add or remove other services. We can also tailor a quote for your specific project or schedule. Just let us know about your requirements when booking, and we will include them in your quote.
8. What is an Scalable Team Photo?
When you have your teams individual photos taken, we can use those photos to put together a “scalable team photo” for some or all of your teams. They look great and team members can easily updated as staff are hired or move on.
9. What if we need to modify or Cancel our booking?
Bookings can be modified up until your shoot time. please consider changes in staff numbers may modify your per/shot rate. Bookings can be cancelled at no charge, up to 24hrs before the start time of your booking. If a cancelation is made without 24Hrs notice, 50% of the quoted fee is due. This covers wages and lost booking time.
10. Are there any up front costs?
No! Generally there are no up front costs with your booking. Your invoice will be sent out directly after your job is delivered. Our terms are strictly 5 business days from your invoice date.
