Everything you need to know about booking your Event & PR photography and video.
1. How long until we receive our Final Videos?
Turn around times for video can vary depending on the final requirements and complexity of your final deliverables. For Supplied B-Roll turn around is within 3 Days. For edited projects initial rushes are sent out within 3 days also. in this case final deliverables are dependant on draft responses and supply of required artwork We always endeavour to get final deliverables to you sooner, if possible.
2. How will we Receive photos and Video?
Once Editing and post production is complete we will send you an confirmation email. This email will contain a link to download your files. deliverables can also be uploaded to your secure server on request. Videos will be supplied as MP4 files. Please notify us if specific formatting is required.
3. Can we ad Other services to our Video shoot?
Yes! You can add additional services like stills photography or drone to your video shoot and save. When you add additional services to your video you SAVE 20% on the lesser fee.
4.What Equipment do you use ?
We supply all equipment required. All equipment is of professional standard. Cameras, lenses, sound, lighting and accessories are all fit for purpose and backup equipment is carried onsite, in case of equipment failure. Specialised equipment can also be supplied to meet you specific brief.
5. Can We Receive all RAW unedited footage?
No! We do not supply RAW Unedited footage at all. RAW footage is kept as digital negatives and cant be used for normal applications. In the case of supply B-Roll only, we use our experience and skills to edit the best footage for you. We also colour grade and clean up your B-Roll to meat our high quality standards. Our post production saves you time and money.
6. How can I request a quote?
Just click the “REACH OUT NOW” button, or email us the details of your content requirements and we will call you for a chat or send you back a formal quote. If you prefer, you can give us a call on 0403 904 104 and have a chat about your project requirements.
7. How do i confirm my booking?
Once we have discussed your requirements and received approval for your quote or estimate, we will confirm your shoot date in our calendar. We will then liaise with your team to confirm times and requirements prior to the booking.
8. Where can we shoot our video
Depending on your needs we can attend your offices, venue or location to shoot your video content. Alternatively we can recommend various studio spaces to use that may suit your requirements. Ask us about this when discussing your booking.
9. What if we need to Cancel?
Bookings can be cancelled at no charge, up to 24hrs before the start time of your event. If a cancelation is made without 24Hrs notice, 50% of the quoted fee is due, to cover wages and lost booking time. We recognise postponements happen from time to time and we will work with you to reschedule your booking.
10. Are there any up front costs?
No! Generally there are no up front costs with your booking. Your invoice will be sent out directly after your job is delivered. Our terms are strictly 7 business days from your invoice date.
11. Can you supply soundtracks for our production?
Yes! We can supply some options for soundtracks for your video production. We will work with you to get the right feel to communicate your story. Alternatively you can supply a soundtrack you prefer. For either scenario copyright for soundtrack use must be obtained.
